Vendors

During the main conference days vendors of commercial software modeling tools are invited to participate in the tools exhibition session. The exhibition will be held alongside the technical sessions.

The goal of the tool exhibitor session is to introduce, show and discuss the available, state of the art, tools and technologies that are proven in the industry. Furthermore, we also encourage the Vendors of new and innovative tool developments, which support the quest for model-driven software development, to participate in the Vendor exhibition. Each exhibitor can present more than one tool in the same area.

Examples of topic areas addressed by tools for vendor exhibition proposals are contained in the following non-exhaustive (i.e., not intended to be exclusive) list:

  • modeling and requirements engineering
  • approaches for model transformation
  • support of meta-modeling and model-driven development
  • solutions for the model evolution problem
  • re-engineering and architecture recovery
  • model driven testing and test case generation
  • generators for code and other artifacts
Proposals must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Lenz.Gunther[at]siemens.com, as plain text or in PDF. The submission should be contained within five pages, excluding supportive material (such as marketing material). A confirmation email will be sent to verify that the proposal was received.

Deadline for submissions: May 1, 2007
Notification of acceptance: June 20, 2007
